These terms apply to the use of AiMsg (the "Service"), operated by VVV Chemicals Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service provides a web inbox for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and remain the owner of that number and its WhatsApp Business account.
2. Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour requests to stop.
- Do not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- Keep login details safe and give access only to people who should have it.
- You are responsible for the content your team sends and for your dealings with your customers.
3. Charges
Conversation and message charges set by Meta are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. Any fee for the Service itself will be agreed with you separately.
4. Availability
We try to keep the Service running smoothly, but it depends on third parties such as Meta and our hosting provider. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or WhatsApp's policies, or that put the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described on the Data Deletion page.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Meta/WhatsApp on your number or account.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
