You can ask us to delete personal information held by AiMsg at any time.
If you are a customer who messaged a business
- Send an email to vvvlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the WhatsApp phone number you used (with country code) and, if you know it, the name of the business you messaged.
- We will verify the request and delete your conversation data (messages, media and profile name) from the Service within 30 days, and confirm by email.
You may also ask the business you messaged to delete your conversation directly.
If you are a business user
- The account owner emails vvvlimited@gmail.com from the email used to log in, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- We delete the business account, its team users, connected-number details and all its conversation data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Please note
Messages also exist on the WhatsApp apps of the people in the conversation and with Meta (WhatsApp), which are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Deleting data from our Service does not delete copies held by WhatsApp or on users' phones.
